The couple have been trying to move on from Brody kissing Cormac's daughter Summer, having no idea that she's aware of Sienna and Warren sharing a dark secret.

In Thursday's (January 14) first-look episode, Sienna (Anna Passey) tried to calm Warren down by insisting that Brody would be breaking things off with Summer once and for all.

'Do you really trust Brody to bin off Summer? Because if that girl finds out who really put her dad in a coma, we could all be sharing a cell,' he told her.

Warren then threatened: 'You better hope your boyfriend sticks to the plan… or he's going to have me to deal with.'

At that same moment, Brody was awkwardly running through the rehearsed lines Sienna had given him, telling Summer that she'd been sacked and that he didn't even find her attractive.

'Well, that went from weird to mean pretty quick,' Summer retorted.

When Sienna turned up to shame Summer, the village's newcomer got the final shot in by taunting the couple over the secrets Sienna was keeping.

Summer headed over to the Salon de The de Marnie, where Grace Black warned her against getting on Sienna and Warren's bad side.

Grace mentioning Warren's surname jogged Summer's memory, so she set off to figure out his secret.

Meanwhile, after Sienna encouraged Brody to 'delete history' from the last few months so they could start over, Brody surprised her when she returned home from school.

Brody then dropped down to one knee to propose, with a delighted Sienna answering that he'd had her at fish finger butties.

But, there is already trouble on the horizon for the newly-engaged couple! Thursday's episode closed with Summer confronting Warren with her suspicion that he'd attacked her father Cormac.

In order to stop her from going to the police, Warren insisted that his big 'secret' is that he's having an affair with Sienna – not that he'd attacked Cormac. As viewers will know, Warren did indeed take part in the attack.
